Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the insurance market in Kenya
• Develop and deliver insurance solutions to meet the needs and preferences of customers
• Create and deliver presentations to potential and existing customers
• Prepare and review detailed proposals and contracts
• Assist customers in making informed decisions
• Monitor customer claims and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain positive customer and supplier relationships
• Update customers on new products and engage customers through our social media pages
• Engage the underwriters and ensure that customers' claims are processed promptly.

Requirements

• Must have a diploma or degree in insurance and/or sales
• At least two years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and/or insurance
• Knowledge of the insurance industry in Kenya and regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• An individual who pays attention to details and has customer Service obsession
