    Branch Manager (SPA)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance across all departments within the branch.
    • Create and maintain effective processes to manage all machines and equipment for operational effectiveness.
    • Oversee maintenance schedules for all spa machines and equipment.
    • This includes assessing and managing all breakages, wear and tear notices, etc as per the company policy.
    • Ensure proper and accurate record keeping and maintenance for all facilities at the branch i.e power and water consumption.
    • Manage external parties such as contractors (plumbers, security company, guarding, electricians, etc) city council and public health officers.
    • Check and supervise all rooms to ensure facility and equipment status is always in top notch condition and functional.
    • Ensure the 360 degree- customer experience is understood, implemented, and upheld by all. Monitor sales teams’ rebooking and upselling strengths and frequencies and execute relevant training sessions. Review and share client feedback.
    • Relevant parties within the team and follow up where further discussions are required to determine issues and solutions to execute.
    • This includes feedback related to staff and facility/equipment. o Ensure all staff are presentable and uniform appropriately as per the company policy.
    • Maintain required OSH standards and requirements for all equipment and within the facility.
    • Ensure the FOM is always updated with the team changes to ensure proper and convenient planning for the team calendars.
    • Coordinate with the FOM where renovation, maintenance or repair works are ongoing for better client/booking management.
    • Liaise with the FOM to ensure team product and role knowledge through training and reviews.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in front office hospitality.
    • Must have 6+ years of experience as an operations manager in the hospitality sector preferably for a SPA.
    • Intrigued by moving parts and excellent coordination of events.
    • Organized with an eye for detail.
    • Experience in managing operations and contractors is highly preferred.
    • Knowledge of scheduling software systems is highly desirable.
    • Solution-oriented and a great team-player.

    Electrical Engineer

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design and implement electrical systems for new projects and upgrades.
    • Develop plans and specifications for electrical systems that conform to industry standards and meet client requirements.
    • Evaluate and recommend modifications to existing electrical systems to improve performance and efficiency.
    • Manage and maintain the company’s electrical systems, including the National Kenya Power grid, integrated solar systems, and generators.
    • Develop maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
    • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the electrical systems.
    • Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment such as generators, water pumps, blowers, among others.
    • Develop and implement maintenance procedures for electrical equipment.
    • Coordinate with Vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and equipment needed for repair.
    • Manage budgets and resources for electrical projects.
    • Ensure project timelines are met and projects are completed within budget.
    • Work with other departments to identify and resolve electrical system and equipment issues.
    • Coordinate with contracts and other vendors to ensure timely completion of electrical projects.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
    • Must have a minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience in managing electrical systems and equipment preferably at supervisory level.
    • Experience in designing and implementing electrical systems for new projects and upgrades.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in using electrical engineering software and tools.
    • Experience managing an integrated grid-solar-BESS solution a plus.

    Control Room and Dispatch Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate wind turbines and balance plant equipment from the control room using SCADA systems.
    • Coordinate with the KPLC National Control Centre to optimize power output.
    • Record and adjust plant operating parameters for safe and efficient operation.
    • Conduct substation equipment isolation following lock out tagout (LOTO) procedures.
    • Assist in implementing maintenance plans and restoring generation after disruptions.
    • Prepare daily wind farm performance reports.
    • Operate the 33/220kV substation and associated auxiliaries.
    • Collaborate with the maintenance team for job safety analysis.
    • Perform tests on critical systems as necessary to ensure availability.
    • Respond to directives and abnormal conditions promptly.
    • Issue and track maintenance work permits.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a BSc. or B.Eng. degree in Electrical and Electronic or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
    • Must have 3-5 years of power plant-based experience.
    • Experience in control room operations in a wind power plant is an added advantage.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Understanding of contractual issues related to plant operations and maintenance.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Experience in electrical equipment testing and maintenance.
    • Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
    • Valid Driver’s License.
    • Availability for rotating shift work, including weekends and holidays.

    Systems & Apps Developer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and customize ERP Next modules, forms, and workflows to meet business requirements.
    • Integrate ERP Next with other systems, databases, and APIs.
    • Monitor ERP Next performance, conduct regular maintenance, and provide technical support.
    • Document technical specifications and train end-users on ERP Next functionality.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in ERP Next and related technologies for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 2+ years’ experience in ERP Next development and customization.
    • Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Frappe framework.
    • In-depth knowledge of ERP Next modules, workflows, and architecture.
    • Experience with integration of ERP Next with other systems, databases, and APIs.
    • Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

    Assistant Manager – Risk and Compliance

    Key Responsibilities:

    • AML, CFT & KYC Policy Compliance Reporting
    • Regulatory and Legal Compliance Reviews
    • Conduct compliance reviews of key policies, processes, and procedures as per the Annual Risk and Compliance Work Plan
    • Implement the Branch Review Work plan as developed by Group Risk and Compliance function.
    • Ensure there are up-to-date product manuals for all existing products.
    • Liaison role with HODs to ensure that all the ISO requirements within the departments are up to date.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
    • Previous experience in risk management, compliance, or a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
    • Familiarity with financial products, services, and industry-specific risks.
    • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
