Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the ERP system.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documentation.
• Identify risks, issues, and potential impacts on business operations.
• Workflow Design and Documentation.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Design new workflows that align with the capabilities of the ERP system.
• Document workflows, process diagrams, and user stories to effectively communicate system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and obtain necessary approvals.
• Technical Builds, Configuration, and Support.
• Coordinate with technical teams to manage system builds and configurations.
• Oversee the implementation and customization of the ERP system to meet business requirements.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to the ERP system post-implementation.
• Collaborate with end-users and IT support to address user inquiries, system issues, and change requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in system analysis tools, such as data flow diagrams, process models, and requirement gathering techniques.
• Experience in performing system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and SQL a plus.
• Knowledge of computer systems and programming languages a plus.

• Oversight of the Processing Plant including planning work schedules, developing KPIs, ensuring equipment is well maintained and delivering to production targets.
• Ensuring health and Safety regulations are met throughout our operations as well as environmental compliance and improvement.
• Ensure processing facility is always kept clean.
• Providing Leadership and coaching for Team Members.
• Supervising processing team.
• Organizing Regular Training Sessions for their teams.
• Suggest improvement of current plant and processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Must have 7+ years of experience as a processing manager preferably for a fish or beef company.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise teams.
• Excellent problem solver and good at organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GIS data and geo-databases, including downloading, verifying, and processing geo-data layers for calibration and mapping projects.
• Develop and enhance Python and R scripts to automate GIS tasks and remove licensing barriers.
• Conduct geospatial modeling and data visualization using Python, R, and other tools to create maps and analyze spatial data.
• Collaborate on GitHub to develop and refine scripts for interpolation techniques and automation.
• Drive the development of the company’s geospatial strategy by proposing technical solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Contribute to the broader goals of the Data Science team and Crop Nutrition Laboratory Services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in GIS, data science, Agronomy, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in GIS, mapping/geo-statistics using arcgis/qgis/python/R, preferably in agriculture.
• Experience with collaborative code development on GitHub and practical experience with geo databases.
• Knowledge of remote sensing applications and agronomy domain knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and presentation skills.

• Monthly petty cash checks and reconciliations.
• Coordination and preparation of monthly payroll.
• Follow up with the banks on payments and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Payments to suppliers.
• Regular cash report updates.
• Chasing receivables.
• Data entry of transactions into QuickBooks.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Filing of all transactions with relevant support documents.
• Assisting auditors in completing their audit work.
• Fixed Asset register maintenance.
• Ensuring that company certificates, statutory returns and tax filing is in order.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Must have completed at least CPA III.
• Must have over 4 years working in a similar role preferably at a supervisory level.
• QuickBooks proficient, or similar accounting package.
• Good analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• High professional integrity and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain billing system and resolving collections by customer payment plans and payment history
• Generating invoices or enter data on invoices, ensure proper coding on documents and account
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivables status
• Performing account reconciliations and verify the validity of account discrepancies
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, posting and recording receivable
• Maintaining accounts receivables files and records
• Generating monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements and reports detailing paid
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis
• Preparation of cheques, posting of payments for suppliers and other regular expenses
• Raising local purchase orders and following up with the suppliers and ensuring their payments.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Must have CPA II
• Must have a Minimum 3 years working in a similar role
• Well versed with Monthly statutory Filings – PAYE, VAT, NSSF, NHIF.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop accounting system, plus Microsoft office Suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Proven accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Receivables
• Results oriented and ability to deliver within very strict deadlines
• Basic HR knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Well versed in Emerging taxation trends and new KRA Procedures.
• A good team player with excellent communication skills
• Can work under minimal supervision.
• High levels of personal discipline and ability to respect organizational authority structures.
