    Finance Partner

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner and guide the General Manager and leadership team to deliver sustainable business growth
    • Drive forecast and Plan Gross Margin and Overhead forecast accuracy improvement.
    • Drive automation and streamlining of finance and accounting processes
    • Ensure the financial integrity of all transactions and invoices to guarantee compliance with all statutory and internal reporting requirements
    • Prepare and submit the orders/sales forecast on a weekly basis in conjunction with Sales Managers and General Manager, ensuring challenge and commentary is robust
    • Complete and submit the month end reporting Pack to the Regional Finance Partner providing analysis and insight on the performance of the business and highlighting areas for focus
    • In conjunction with the General Manager prepare and submit the quarterly forecast and annual plan.  Preparation of the reports and presentations to the Regional General Manager
    • Drive continuous improvement within OpCo and the wider finance team .
    • Leverage available tools to analyse and communicate real time finance data. ( e.g. ERP )
    • Ensure robust contracts and customer records are in place and maintained
    • Balance sheet responsibility in cash/banking and cash forecasting (Optimising DSO and driving management action)
    • Management of internal and external audits
    • Support growth plans by leading the establishment of new branches as needed in a compliant and safe manner (New accounts, Outsource payroll and payment of taxes)

    Qualifications

    • A Minimum of 5 years in a Finance commercial environment
    • Bachelors Degree in IT, business administration, accounting, economics and/or international business management – Masters and added advantage
    • Demonstrable Qualified Accountant/via Degree/Masters etc.
    • Experience of local and international accounting practices
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) ERP (preferred)
    • Strong analytical skills which forms the basis of strategic thinking
    • Strong commercial skills, able to drive results in a complex environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage set up of new branch offices navigating and complying to all local legal requirements
    • Innovative with a continuous improvement mindset
    • Able and willing to travel for work a few times a year
    • Good sense of humour and a real team player

    Assistant Security Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Collaborating with department managers to determine security needs.
    • Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
    • Controlling the security operations budget, monitoring expenses, and documenting processes.
    • Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.
    • Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.
    • Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.
    • Coordinating responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident reports.
    • Preparing surveillance equipment maintenance schedules and facilitating repairs in a timely manner.
    • Keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services.
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.
    • Conduct high level investigations.

    Requirements

    • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Must have a minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience in security management, preventing illegal activity and performing access control.
    • Demonstrated ability to coordinate responses to security breaches and threats.
    • Must display strong knowledge of security principles, surveillance equipment and possess strong knowledge of security industry regulations.
    • Must display strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for supervising security personnel.
    • Analytical abilities to assess risks and make informed decisions.
