The successful candidate MUST have strong BDM experience and be able to analyze and manage the financial information for the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Budget and collect payments in consultation with the Kenya Country Director.
• Prepare operational/financial reports in line with strategic objectives.
• Analyze financial information to better predict profitability and cash position.
• Attainment of Business Sales Targets with a monthly target of brand and accessories.
• Customer service to current clients and prospects.
• Customer Database management and Analysis of productivity data of field staff for decision-making.
• Drafting of Concept notes and Proposal for onward approval by Country Director.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor ‘s degree is required in Business, Economic, Marketing or Accounting.
• Management consulting and project management experience preferred.
• Must have experience in Grant Proposal writing and concept preparation for funding.
• Proficient in MS Office, Accounting software, and ERP software.
• Must be extreme familiar with the purpose and interaction between the major financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Local knowledge and experience dealing with public, NGO and private sector institutions.
• Must be willing to travel.
