The successful candidate Must have a strong retail/commercial experience in a multicultural set-up with an understanding of the full-cycle of recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct organisational structure review, job design, development of job descriptions among others.
• Establishing on-going relationships with hiring managers.
• Understand hiring managers business and recruitment needs and fill their open position.
• Hiring applicants through job postings, networking, employee referrals among others.
• Candidate control – keep in regular contact to review progress and performance.
• Review resumes, screen, and interview job applicants to fill all level of job openings.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Perform reference checks and manage background check process.
• Lead salary negotiations with potential hires before sending out an offer.
• Track recruiting metrics.
• Building alumni database to create strong referral external pipeline.
• Driving campus recruitments to kick start the graduate trainee programs.
• Build pipeline for entry level positions.
Qualifications:
• Must have a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manger.
• Must have 5 years plus relevant experience in recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
• Proficient use of social media and job boards.
• Must have working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and databases.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have people management skills.
• Must be well organized and an excellent communicator.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
