    Dealer Developer Executive

    Job Ref: MN 7278

    Job Purpose

    The job holder is responsible for the expansion of Toyota Kenya Hino distribution network across the country through appointment of and development of quality dealers with the sole purpose of increasing Hino market share.

    Dealer Developer Executive Job Responsibilities

    • Establish and develop their brand authorized dealers across the country in line with the set company guidelines and principles.
    • Scout for 1s and 2s Hino dealers in order to expand the Hino business for availability of after sales services for the brand customers.
    • Oversee new dealer recruitment process to ensure that the company standards, policies and principles are complied with.
    • Prepare and submit monthly reports from dealers, 1s and 2s outlets.
    • Evaluate dealer’s business performance and provision of necessary support in view of market share expansion and business growth’
    • Provide advice on dealer infrastructure to reflect approved company standards.
    • Visit dealers to monitor progress of pre agreed action plans.
    • Assist dealer management set action plans geared towards increase of sales, brand presence, market share and profitability.
    • Identify training needs and gaps and recommend the appropriate training solutions to bridge the gaps.
    • Monitor and report on Toyota Kenya dealer compliance with dealer contract/agreements to ensure any deviations are attended to in a timely manner.
    • Organize and coordinate dealer conferences each financial year for strategic plan meetings aimed at expanding the business.
    • Manage all conflict between dealers and Toyota Kenya and/or dealer against dealer to ensure minimal disruptions to business operations.
    • Organize and conduct demand generation activities like road shows and promotions for marketing purposes in view of expanding the business and growing revenue.

    Qualifications for the Dealer Developer Executive Job

    • A minimum of a Degree in Business related field from a recognized institution.
    • 3 years of relevant experience from a recognized organization.

    • Budget management experience and sound financial knowledge
    • Possess strategic planning ability
    • Possess project management skills
    • Computer literacy
    • Financial management & budget preparation for non-finance
    • Safety and health management
    • Knowledge on current telematics as provided in the market
