Account Manager Job Responsibilities

• Ensure realization of sales contribution as per budgeted targets.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of the projects team under your supervision.
• Track enquiries, conversion to orders and ensure timely billing to the customers.
• Manage the collection of outstanding debt from project customers in line with the applicable credit terms.
• Ensure roofing solutions are given to the customer wherever required and business is generated.
• Maintain relationship with key partners like Architects, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, contracting community and end-users.
• Identify the various roofing requirements of the customers and develop technically correct solutions for
  addressing the same.
• Initiate warranty applications to project customers and ensure successful completion of the project.
• Keep track of supplied projects and obtain testimonials for successfully completed projects.

Qualifications for the Account Manager Job

• Technical graduate in Engineering/Architectural Studies.
• Post graduate diploma in management will be an added advantage.
• Computer Literacy
• At least 5 years of general working experience, 2 years of which should be specific to the position.
• Being a registered member of a technical professional body will be an added advantage.
• Ability to understand and disseminate technical concepts effectively
