Solar PV Technician at Sol Emirates International

Job Description

• Installation, operation, maintenance, and commissioning of both small-scale and large scale photovoltaic systems.
• Inspecting, evaluating, testing and maintaining solar photovoltaic module systems.
• Mounting hardware, combiner fuse boxes, inverters, switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, batteries, data acquisition systems, relays, programmable logic controllers, revenue meters, weather stations, fuel cell equipment, and other AC and DC equipment.
• Striving to achieve quality and efficiency of an installation
• Tracking inventory and restocking as needed

Skills:

• Exceptional time management skills and ability to make decisions under pressure;
• Ability to take and pass all levels of PV training available;
• Ability to communicate effectively to all members of the solar team;
• Excellent math skills; Analytical approach to problem solving; Strong concentration
• Planning, Designing, Installation & Wiring knowledge

Requirements:

• Experience in construction, solar and Electrical installations
• ERC Certificate will be an added advantage
