In this regard, Oxfam seeks the services of a consultant to review Kenya’s Budget for FY2018/2019 to assess potential gender impact of the budget and its implication on service delivery.
The goal of this consultancy is to assess the responsiveness of the budget and related budget documents from a gendered perspective and its attendant implication on service delivery.
Administration notes
Logistics: The consultant will meet their own costs related to transport and food.
Reporting structure: The consultant will report to Oxfam Kenya Tax Justice Programme Officer during the review period. Final products will be reviewed and signed off by Oxfam’s Country Director
Ownership: The materials produced will be the property of the Oxfam in Kenya
Expression of interest should be sent by the 7th December 2018 to hecaconsultancy@oxfam.org.uk and will be reviewed on a rolling basis until filled. The contract is for a duration of thirty days spread over four months. The consultant should be ready to start immediately. Applicants without a fee/rate will not be considered
