Account Assistant at MNC Consulting Group Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
• Monitor and manage company budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and file statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, NHIF, NSSF).
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Assist in payroll preparation and management.

Requirements:

• Education: CPA Part 2 or higher.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or milling industry
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or other ERP systems).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
