Account Manager at Frank Management Consult Ltd

Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve set targets for wholesalers and supermarkets.
• Submit timely reports and feedback on market trends, such as competitors’ pricing and activities.
• Manage and advise each customer and have their order requirement met.
• Avoid stock out and dumping of stocks.
• Have a work plan in place for client database growth.
• In charge of all regional customer bases.
• Look for ways to grow business in the region.
• Achieve the customer database set target.
• Create awareness of the availability and visibility of products in the market.
• Constantly communicate with the Regional Manager and National Sales Manager on work plans and processes.
• Achieve Monthly and Annual set targets by the Line Manager.
• Ensure collection of payments, and credit notes and handle customer accounts.
• Plan and negotiate activity within the account(s) including promotions marketing activities and trade marketing.
• Carry any other duties as may be assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma is Sales & Marketing or a related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in dealing with both wholesale & retail sales in an FMCG
• Willingness to work in any region
