Accountant at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Requirements:

• Daily accounting tasks and management of month-end activities, including real time cash-flow reporting.
• Guide the management of the accounting team to deliver budgets and forecasts.
• Create, Implement and promote processes and procedures surrounding financial activities.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
• Provide advice and analysis on the financial consequences of business decisions to evaluate options for business preparations, capital investments and funding decisions.

Qualifications:

• Must have a degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant field.
• Must have CPA, CFA or ACCA qualification.
• Must have experience using Xero accounting software.
• At least 2 years’ experience working as an accountant.
• Experience in auditing is an added advantage.
• Ability to work closely with other team members and with minimal supervision.
• Have a positive attitude and self-drive.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
