    Administrative Officer II (Mwea Sub County)

    Terms of Service: 3 Years Contract

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Planning office accommodation layout
    • Facilitating transport and travelling services
    • Maintaining and updating furniture and office equipment inventory
    • Ensuring payment of bills
    • Facilitating movement of assets
    • Carrying out general maintenance of buildings and furniture
    • Facilitating logistics for meetings, conferences and other special events
    • Collecting and collating data on development activities
    • Providing input in the creation and maintenance of county projects management plans
    • Providing input in the monitoring and evaluation of county projects
    • Providing input in the creation and timely provision of county projects progress reports
    • Providing input in organizing public participation awareness at the local level
    • Disseminating information to the public

    Requirements for Appointment

    • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Public Administration, Business Administration/Business Management, Community Development or any other Social Science from a recognized institution.
    • Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution
    • Shown merit and ability as reflected in project management skills
    • Certificate in project management will be an added advantage.
