Aftermarket Sales Engineer (Material Handling & Warehousing) at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Requirements:

• Manage the sales of parts, service, and customer annual maintenance contracts for new and existing equipment fleet.
• Develop & install parts and service marketing activities, go to market strategies and customers.
• Support package for each new installation. This includes recommended parts stocking and annual maintenance contracts.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations to present to potential customers.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and self-development initiatives.
•  Manage and advise on the provision of credit facilities for new and existing customers and monitor the collection of receivables for parts and service.
• Monitors market and adapt strategies for business development.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to generate leads and repeat business.

 Qualifications:

• Must have a technical bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Technical knowledge of heavy equipment or material handling & warehousing or Generators.
• Good marketing skills and a general knowledge of sales techniques.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be available to travel as needed.
