Airlines Sales Executive (Mombasa Market) at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting sales revenue yearly targets.
• Business development and initiatives to grow market share & revenues.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current clients.
• Knowledge and analysis of competitor activities to secure a rightful business share.
• Producing new revenue by researching, analyzing and qualifying potential prospects and sales options.
• Conduct regular monthly, quarterly & yearly reviews to keep track of sale trends of the field
• Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and marketing plans.
• Prepare regular sales reports and initiatives to counter competition.
• Ensure compliance, timely report submissions, grow the corporate & new travel agencies acquisitions monitor & manage credit facility for travel agencies to prevent defaults.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• Experience in airlines industry
• Excellent knowledge of MS office.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.
