    Airport Representative

    • Diploma in Tour Operations & Customer Care
    • Experience in handling guest arrivals, pick up requests, transport arrangement, luggage handling & hotel information,
    • Familiarity with the airport terminals, and excellent report compilation (Follow ups & luggage irregularity reports)
    • Proficient in English and German Languages - knowledge in any other foreign language will be an added advantage.
    • Willingness to work with demanding/flexible time schedules.
    • Good driving skills & Tour Guiding skills
