Role Objective

• Our client  in Nairobi  seeks to fill this vacancy with a vibrant and creative individual who has unique ways of building a community while contributing to the growth of the company.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Create unique unique compelling content for the social media platforms.
• Schedule and post the content aligning to a certain objective of the company whereas increasing awareness.
• Actively engage the online community while responding to their various queries, concerns and clarifications.
• Contribute to the sales and marketing department in order to maintain a competitive edge.
• Follow up with potential, new clients in order to fulfil clients’ needs to a satisfactory needs.
• Creatively execute the social media marketing strategies.
• Maintain a strong presence on all our social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn, Tiktok, Website etc.

Job Specifications and Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or Business related field or related field.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in a relevant role.
• Proven social media experience.
• Graphic Design Skills using various tools is an added advantage.
