Responsibility

• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients 
• Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue

• Provide continuous, constructive feedback to sales people 
• Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines

Qualifications & Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business management, Marketing, finance or any business related field
• At least 5 years experience in a sales related role.
• Proven record of sales growth 
• Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
• Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques 
• Exceptional project management skills
