Job Description: As a Business Technical Analyst at Touch Inspiration, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and our technical development team. Your main responsibilities will include translating complex project requirements into detailed technical documentation, collaborating closely with project managers to ensure smooth execution, and verifying that the final products align with our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business processes and translate their needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.
• Develop comprehensive technical specifications and system design documents.
• Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
• Participate in solution design sessions to offer technical insights and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Monitor project progress and conduct periodic checks to ensure that the solution meets the agreed specifications.
• Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools.
• Ensure the quality of the final product through rigorous validation and testing.

Qualifications:

• Keen sense of problem solving via tech.
• Proven experience in technical analysis or business analysis in a software development environment.
• Strong affinity to tech and how to create solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to present technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with any programming is a plus.
