Our client, a leading real estate company, seeks a male caretaker with O-level or A-level education, basic computer skills, and experience in inventory, electrical work, and plant systems (e.g., RO, pumphouse, switch room, plumbing). The ideal candidate will have supervisory skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work night shifts. Strict no-alcohol policy. The salary range is 40-50k.
