Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as the Chief Operating Officer at Prime Bank Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the bank's operational efficiency and success. He is a key member of the senior management team and will help drive changes to ramp up operational efficiency and customer delight. 

 Qualifications

• Business Planning and Operations Management skills
• Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Atleast 25 years experience in multiple operational roles ideally in a large public sector bank in a market such as India. We are looking for a senior resource atleast at the Zonal Head level, with the capability to be a hands on leader
