• As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological future. Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy and Innovation:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our business goals.
• Identify emerging technologies and opportunities for innovation.
• Technical Leadership:
• Oversee all technical aspects, including systems architecture, software development, network infrastructure, and data security.
• Ensure efficient and effective project execution.

Project Management:

• Coordinate technical projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead and mentor the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Develop and maintain the IT budget.
• Ensure the IT infrastructure meets evolving company needs.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations) to align technology initiatives.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
• Help departments use technology profitably.
• Quality Assurance and Data Protection:
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role within an ICT company.
• Knowledge of technological trends and the ability to build a strategic technology roadmap.
• Understanding of budgets and business planning.
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
