    Client Services Manager - Architecture and Interiors

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Planning:
      • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
      • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
    • Team Coordination:
      • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
      • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
      • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Communication:
      •  Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
      •  Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
    • Risk Management:
      • Identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
      • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
    • Resource Management:
      • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
      • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
      • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

    Experience:

    •  Proven working experience in project management in the ERP Software.
    •  Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

    Skills:

    •   Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
    •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    •   Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
    •   Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).

    Other:

    •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    •  Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
