    Commercial Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Deep Proactive Engagement: Lead collaborations, leverage resources, and drive strategic conversations internally and externally.
    • Strategic Selling: Develop pricing scenarios, conduct competitive analysis, and act as a trusted advisor in the sales process.
    • Sales Process Optimization: Lead sales and management teams, craft deals, handle objections, and develop deal strategies.
    • Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities, secure upsells, and create customer-centric offers.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Drive adherence to commercial solutions policy, assess and escalate risks, and serve as a trusted advisor on compliance.
    • Negotiation Leadership: Partner with leaders to negotiate complex commercial terms and drive accountability for negotiation outcomes.

    Qualifications
    Required:

    • 7+ years of sales and negotiation experience (essential)
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or related field) AND 5+ years of sales and negotiation experience
    • OR equivalent experience

    Preferred

    • 9+ years of sales and negotiation experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of sales and negotiation experience
    • OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience
    • OR equivalent experience

    • Communicating with Impact: Conflict resolution, oral and written communication, presentations, technical communication.
    • Cultivating Strategic Partnerships: Building business partnerships, executive relationships, influencing others.
    • Maximizing Business Opportunities: Business acumen, competitive analysis, market and technology industry knowledge.
    • Optimizing Account Operations: Account management, compliance management, decision making, sales strategy.
    • Selling Solutions: Consultative selling, deal and contract negotiation, problem solving, technical sales.
    • Strategically Managing Sales Pipelines: Business, data, and financial analysis, forecasting, project management.
