    Commis Chef - Pastry

    • Prepare desserts, pastries, cookies and sweet goods in line with recipe cards.
    • Ensure that finished products are served in line with provided standards.
    • Portion, plate and serve food according to hygiene and safety principles and procedures in a timely manner.
    • Receive and store all food as outlined by company and airlines guidelines.
    • Ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained and cleaning checklists are adhered to.
    • Carry out all duties in line with departmental standards manual.
    • Comply with the facility’s Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
