Configuration Analyst at Triggerise (Tiko)

The Job

• The configuration analyst comprehends the business needs and ensures that system configurations align with these requirements. This role entails understanding the current technical environment, managing configurations, and collaborating with stakeholders to verify implementations and document necessary changes.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the application support team by interpreting business requirements and translating them into detailed configuration specifications.
• Work with stakeholders, the application support team, and the product team to prioritise configuration requests, ensuring they meet organisational standards and best practices. Keep accurate records of system configurations and updates.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the current technical systems and their configurations. Document and maintain up-to-date configurations of systems and applications. Identify and address gaps between current configurations and business requirements for improvement or optimisation.
• Organise and conduct demonstrations of new configurations for stakeholders and field teams to ensure they understand how to use the new configurations effectively. Create clear and comprehensive documentation and user guides for stakeholders and end users.
• Participate in agile team rituals and practices.
• Ensure that all developed products are secure and comply with information security and personal data protection standards.
