Content Creator at Vaal Real Estate

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator at VAAL Real Estate Kenya in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative content for various digital platforms, conducting market research, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring brand consistency across all content. A highly skilled and creative Content Creator with a passion for real estate and luxury properties. That enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and schedules.
• Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content across various platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media, email campaigns, videos, and infographics.
• Write compelling copy for property listings, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.
• Optimize content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Use analytics tools to track and measure content performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Adjust content strategies based on data and performance metrics.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective content delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in content marketing.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Ensure consistency for all digital content prior posting (style, fonts, images and tone).
• Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws
• Laisse with Digital Agency (if one is engaged) to ensure content marketing Strategy and Marketing Plans are being implemented correctly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools.
• Comfortable and natural Infront of the camera
