    Cooler Technician

    Key Purpose Statement

    The primary role of this position is repair and maintenance of bottle coolers

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Utilize 50% time on actual repairs(Value adding activity)
    • Attain a mean time to repair greater than 60 hours
    • Ensure mean time before failure is less than 2 years
    • Zero cost on assets due to negligence
    • Achieve 100% in 3s audit in your specific area with 100% adherence to procedures & processes
    • Ensure a safety score of 100% is met

    Skills, Experience & Education    

    Experience

    • At least 3 years working experience in coolers and water dispensers
    • At least 1 year  working experience in an FMCG

    Education

    • Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
