    Customer Service Assistant

    Role Objective

    • Our client is seeking to hire a competent customer service assistant who will be responsible for enquiries, product demonstrations, assist clients on behalf of the company.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately to respective offices.
    • Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Handle administrative tasks as required.
    • Processing orders and transactions.
    • Handle all calls and forwarding phone calls as appropriate.
    • In charge of email correspondence and other social media correspondences as required.
    • Maintain a clean, positive, and welcoming office environment.
    • Manage office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture, including timely requisition.
    • Assist in managing daily transport bookings in consultation with office drivers.
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Any other duties assigned from time to time.

    Job Specifications and Qualifications

    • Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or elated field
    • At least 2 years’ relevant work experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM tools.

    • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
    • High Phone skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Business Etiquette skills
