    Data Analyst

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Creating analytical models, such as customer segmentation and experience impact analysis
    • Testing and controlling designs to evaluate business decisions and opportunities
    • Supporting the development of advanced analytical methods by extracting and mining vast amounts of data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for solving business problems or finding opportunities for client program growth
    • Developing data mining, statistical and graph-based algorithms designed to analyze massive data sets for business insights
    • Utilizing advanced mathematical models, operations research techniques, and strong business acumen to deliver insight, recommendations, and solutions
    • Applying advanced statistical and computational methodologies to provide actionable insights and identifying strategic opportunities that optimize quality, consumer experience, and healthcare costs
    • Performing advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance
    • Using advanced analytical thought to model techniques and algorithms, and tune, modify, and implement changes to address complex and different business problems/question

    Key requirement skills, Qualifications and Experience

    • Over 5 years relevant experience
    •  A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing analytics, data science, economics or a related discipline.
    • Experience in data Analysis & analytical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical analysis & data manipulation.
    • Knowledge of media metrics & KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion rate &
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to create dashboards & reports.
    • Good understanding of marketing principles, advertising strategies & audience
    • Attention to detail, adaptability, ability to ensure data integrity, excellent communication skills.
