Director of Sales & Marketing at Diamonds Hotels & Resorts

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales budgets for rooms and catering
• Develop and implement sales strategies for MICE, Leisure, and Groups
• Build strong relationships with industry partners
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Lead the sales team in maximizing ROI through exhibitions, roadshows, and trade events
• Ensure brand standards and collaborate with operations for exceptional service delivery
• Manage annual budgets and oversee departmental performance

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Sales, or Business Development
• 5+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales, with international exposure as an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Hotel PMS and sales tools
• Willingness to travel and engage with clients
