DSTv Business Field Service Specialist - Coast Region at CDL Human Resource

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Should ensure that our business clients are satisfied with the technical support provided by DSTv For Business
• Will be responsible for integrating our business UI systems and channel broadcast technology with those of clients, providing first line in-country technical support.
• Investigating new technology distribution systems available in markets in order to support DSTv Business
• To provide after-sales support to our IPTV customers, internal business team escalations in the country, and third-party SI and client support team escalations.
• Responsible for addressing head-end playout issues, entitlements and frequency allocations, as well as clarity entitlement issues.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial clients, internal departments and external service providers.
• Collaborating with other departments within DSTv Business to ensure that the team/role is aligned with broader organizational goals and objectives.
• Ensuring engineer is up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trend and providing guidance on how to incorporate new technologies into the team’s work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree In Business Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Candidates should have a deep understanding of DStv's technical systems and business processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
