The Emergency Medicine Training Programme is an 18-month (Full Time) competency-based training programme that will be conducted at the Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi under the supervision of Emergency Physicians. It will prepare the candidate for the Diploma in Primary Emergency Care from the College of Emergency Medicine of South Africa.
The programme is aimed at providing doctors working in Emergency Departments with the knowledge and clinical experience to provide quality, efficient and safe care. The course will benefit Junior Medical Officers, Career Medical Officers and General Practitioners.
