Executive Housekeeper at Diamonds Hotels & Resorts

We are excited to announce that we have an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Executive Housekeeper who will drive our guest experience to new heights by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ambience of guest room and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee housekeeping operations and SOPs
• Ensure cleanliness in guestrooms, public areas, and heart of the house
• Engage and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Handle guest complaints and ensure follow-through
• Manage departmental expenditure and maintain hotel profitability Implement safety standards and special cleaning schedules

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience as an Executive Housekeeper, preferably in hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Hotel Property Management and Inventory Systems is desirable
