Foreman at Session Blue Contractors

We are looking for foremen who will work hand in hand with site agents to supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers on our company sites. They must ensure that the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standard.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supervising construction workers
• Assigning tasks to crew workers and making schedules for workers
• Monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring work is completed on time
• Ensuring the project stays within budget.
• Acting as a liaise between workers and supervisors
• Being permanently on site and addressing workers’ issues
• In charge and responsible for materials and equipment on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil engineering or building technology.
• At least 5 years of experience (building and civil works), experience in both Road & building construction will be an added advantage.
• Proactive and highly organized
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Great team player who will guide contractors and subcontractors.
