    General Manager - Tanzania

    Job Responsibilities;

    • Managing business strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, etc…
    • Stake holder management - internal and external
    • Understanding of statuatory regulations and ensuring all compliances
    • Conducting project Feasibility
    • P & L Management and responsible
    • Bring production efficiencies
    • Sales and Business Development
    • Optimal utilisation of resources
    • Cost control measures
    • Vendor Management
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Leading a Competitive Management team
    • Handling Human resources matters
    • Experience on Advanced Excel
    • Developing SOP's
    • Working experience on ERP's ( SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc...)
