    Head of Business Development and Operations 

    Overall, Job Purpose: 
    As the Head of Business Development and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing business  development, managing general operations, and nurturing client relationships. Reporting directly to the  Managing Partner, this dynamic position requires a strategic leader to drive the growth and success of  the law firm. If you are passionate about operational efficiency, client management, and team  development, we want you on our team. 
    Key Responsibilities: 
    Strategic Planning:
     

    • Collaborate with the Managing Partner and department heads to develop, execute, and review  growth strategies, setting monthly and quarterly KPIs for the whole team 
    • Lead strategy planning and review meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives. 

    Business Development: 

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients and contacts, ensuring no  leads are missed. 
    • Evaluate and prioritize leads based on value and strategic alignment, collaborating with legal  teams to meet client needs. 
    • Manage the entire business development pipeline, from lead generation to client conversion. 
    • Design and implement nurturing strategies such as targeted email campaigns and newsletters. 
    • Oversee client communications and ensure continuous client satisfaction and engagement. 

    Operations Management: 

    • Implement administrative processes and technology tools to streamline workflows and improve  efficiency. 
    • Oversee recruitment, manage team members, and facilitate weekly operational meetings to  address challenges and improvements. 
    • Develop and lead strategies for long-term growth and productivity while nurturing a positive team  culture. 
    • Manage social media pages and content publishing calendars to enhance brand visibility. 
    • Organize and attend networking events to raise brand awareness and represent the firm at key  forums. 

    Knowledge Management & Content Generation: 

    • Oversee the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and manage website content  updates. 
    • Ensure the firm’s brand is well-represented globally and create engaging content for knowledge  sharing with clients. 

    General Operations: 

    • Implement policies and procedures to optimize business and operational processes. 
    • Lead automation and digitization efforts to improve firm-wide efficiency. 
    • Oversee administrative staff, manage external meetings, and ensure smooth business operations. 

    Qualifications and Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, PR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, and  operational leadership. 
    • Experience in professional service firms (law, audit, etc.) is advantageous. 
    • Proven expertise in project planning, CRM software, and workflow management tools. 
    • Strong leadership abilities, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills. 
    • Sales process expertise and strong understanding of lead qualification. 
    • Ability to manage tasks and timelines effectively. 
    • Excellent relationship management skills with both internal teams and clients. 
    • Innovation and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering tangible results.
