    Head of Sales-Perfume industry

    Role Overview: 

    • The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the perfume market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting clear goals and
    • Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market
    • Team Management: Mentor and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team performance
    • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to drive
    • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and
    • Sales Performance: Monitor and report on sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury goods or perfume industry/FMCG or modern
    • Strong leadership and team management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal
    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related
