    Head, Trade Finance Sales

    Job Purpose Statement

    • Strategic formulation and execution of Trade Finance products, Services and Sales programs for the Bank.
    • Grow transactional revenues while providing effective client support and relationship development relating to Trade Finance products and services.
    • Innovate Trade Finance products and services to take care of both current and future needs of the banks’ customers.
    • Offer responsive and proactive leadership to the various sales teams to facilitate the growth of Trade Finance.

    Job Specifications

    Academic:

    • University degree with minimum Upper 2nd Class Honours
    • Any other relevant Professional qualifications.

    Professional:

    • ACIB/AKIB Banking qualifications will be an added advantage

    Desired work experience:

    • 8 years sales experience
    • 10 years banking experience Head, Trade Finance Sales

    Job Specifications

    • Critical –operational knowledge of Trade Finance products and structures
    • Previous management experience in a sales or operational role
