DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and functionalities into existing systems. Work on APIs and third-party integrations to enhance system capabilities.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Engage in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects and issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor system performance and make improvements to enhance speed, reliability, and efficiency of applications.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in fintech. Propose and implement innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Work actively to scale a high performance business while delivering high impact solutions for the fintech industry.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• Proven experience as a developer, with a strong background in fintech or financial systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
