    Key Account Manager

    Essential Functions:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client executives and leaders.
    • Understand client priorities to achieve or exceed revenue and growth goals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, industry trends, and company capabilities.
    • Anticipate client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop and present solutions to complex business issues.
    • Lead the pursuit of new business and contract expansion opportunities.
    • Interface with client executives in marketing, market research, sales management, and IT.
    • Represent the company in all sales-related activities.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and work with internal teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Manage renewals and subscriptions effectively.
    • Participate in contract renewal efforts for large contracts as needed.
    • Mentor less experienced sales team members on selling, account management, and negotiation skills.
    • Collaborate with global and regional account management teams on multi-country opportunities.
    • Take a proactive role in contract strategy.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales or account management experience, preferably in solution sales management.
    • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth goals.
    • Strong understanding of marketing, market research, and sales management.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to anticipate client needs and develop innovative solutions.
    • Experience in managing large accounts and working with executive-level clients.
