Laboratory Technologists at AAR Healthcare Kenya

Key responsibilities:

• Registration, collection and processing of client samples within the limits of specific tests
• Communication of laboratory results to internal and external customers
• Maintain high standards of quality laboratory practice by the use of proper reagents well calibrated machines and a clean working environment
• Observe efficient usage of reagents, glassware and equipment.
• Preparation of laboratory reports
• Participation in internal QC programs and log in the appropriate registers

Position requirements and other competencies:

• A diploma in Medical Laboratory Science
• Must have a registration certificate from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technician and Technologist Board
• At least two (2) years of appropriate experience in medical laboratory functions
• ICT competency
• Excellent customer service
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Pleasant personality
