    Legal Officer Position

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drafting legal documentation
    • Oversee client matters
    • Provide risk management advise to the company
    • Drafts and/or reviews legal documents and correspondences
    • Ensure the company is compliant with regulatory bodies
    • Assist the company in corporate governance
    • Assist the company in interpretation of laws and keep abreast with changing laws concerning the company
    • Review and provide legal input on all aspects of legal implications specific to projects or progams

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor of laws from a qualified university Advocate of the high Court of Kenya
