Beats Of Beads Trust is a not-for-profit women empowerment center, located in SEKENANI , Maasai-Mara.

The center has few points of focus:

• Museum (The Beads museum).
• Empowering Maasai women through beading.
• Souvenir shop
• Caffeteria
• Guest-rooms

Job description:

We are looking for a LADY manager.

1. Overall responsibility for the daily operation of the entire centre including the staff (total of 5 employees) and all the above points of focus.
2. Marketing and public relation

Job qualifications:

• Prior managerial experience
• Experience in designing and executing work plans
• Experience in managing working teams
• Knowledge of computers, including Excel.

Personal skills:

• Managerial personality
• Very high social skills
• Independent and creative mind.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Honest, trustworthy.
• Hard working.
• Fluent English, Kiswahili and Maa

Note: Upon getting the job, it is a MUST to reside in Sekenani, Maasai-Mara.
