    Marketer

    Job Summary: 

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of marketing with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably having worked for a marketing agency. The Marketer will be responsible for handling marketing budgets, managing events, and overseeing social media activities to enhance our brand presence and drive growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Budget Management:

    • Develop, manage, and track marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in relation to budget allocation.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of marketing efforts.

    Event Management:

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site setup.
    • Measure and report the success of events against set objectives and KPIs.

    Social Media Management:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms.
    • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to optimize performance.

    Campaign Development:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize market research and consumer insights to create compelling marketing messages.
    • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the brand’s voice and identity.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using various tools and metrics.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities and outcomes.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a marketing agency.
    • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets effectively.
    • Strong experience in planning and executing events.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Experience with content creation and graphic design.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
