Marketing and IT Assistant at Amotech Africa

Job Description

• Assist in Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Collaborating with the KAMs in Creating informative presentations for industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
• Collaborating with the Marketing team in Web Design, Graphic Design, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Content Marketing and Google Analytics.
• Working closely with different team members to learn more about the company and products.
