Role Overview: 

• The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in executing marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for the fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
• Content Creation: Help create marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing marketing

Qualifications:

• Proven experience  preferably in the beauty or fragrance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and market insights to inform category
• Excellent communication and negotiation
