Marketing Intern at Springboard Capital Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct outbound calls to a list of existing and former customers to re-establish relationships and promote Springboard Capital’s products and services.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their current financial needs and provide financial solutions.
• Gather and update customer information accurately in the database.
• Ensure the collection of missing or incomplete customer bio-data, including but not limited to contact information, preferences, and feedback.
• Document customer feedback and categorize responses for follow-up.
• Identify customers ready for revival, promising potential, or those willing to refer others.
• Report and track customer revival progress, ensuring that leads are followed up by the appropriate Relationship Officers (ROs).
• Promote the referral campaign initiative by encouraging satisfied customers to refer friends and family.
• Send SMS reminders and follow-ups to customers regarding special promotions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing call outcomes, customer responses, and any follow-up actions required.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Relationship teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
• Coordinate with ROs and Branch Managers to handle customer-specific requests or feedback
• Any other duties assigned by the line manager from time to time.
