Marketing Manager at Premier Foods Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies
• to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
• Manage and lead the marketing team, providing guidance and ensuring KPIs are met.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences. Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales objectives.

• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media, and other partners.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials, including brochures, blogs, videos, and press releases. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
